Kyle Herd my service advisor I felt no pressure, yet he covered everything needed and more. He went out of his way to get me back to work asap due to a hearing he knew I had. My car was ready to go in 1.5 hours, he went over everything and explained to me why the cabin filter was yellow. He was very customer oriented and appreciated his calm demeanor. Customer since 2005 I have been a Toyota owner since 2005 when I purchased my Sequoia. When my previous service advisor left Toyota of Richardson to pursue other opportu I have been a Toyota owner since 2005 when I purchased my Sequoia. When my previous service advisor left Toyota of Richardson to pursue other opportunities, I was not certain that I would find another one who was as attentive as him. However, Alan Bostley has done a tremendous job feeling those big shoes. Alan is very professional, and attentive yet personable. He's very accessible and does a great job explaining the services that are needed to keep my vehicle running to it's maximum performance. When things have gone wrong, which they have. Alan tries very hard to make things right and I appreciate that and feel valued as customer. Alan and the excellent customer service are why I continue to bring my vehicle to Toyota of Richardson.
