After reviewing your comments I would like to get more vehicle information from you. I do know that there are several different oil change intervals to your Tundra. On the Flex Fuel Tundra's they are indeed changed at 5000 miles as you stated however most are changed every 10000 miles using 0w20 synthetic oil under normal oil change intervals. If you are using Flex Fuel it will require changing your oil even more often at 2500 miles per Toyota versus the normal oil change intervals More than likely this was a mistake on our part and your oil change was not changed as you stated. I do understand how this may appear unethical but is more likely a training issue. We hold our employees to the highest standards and consider ourselves to be both honest and ethical.
