Horrible. Not just once. Two horrible experiences. First was as simple as an 8 hour oil change. "Well we got busy with walk ins", then what in the world is the reason for me m Two horrible experiences. First was as simple as an 8 hour oil change. "Well we got busy with walk ins", then what in the world is the reason for me making an appointment ahead of time. Second. Go in to repair my rear differential recall. Was told it would take 5 hours max and was promised it would be ready by end of day. Call 7 hours later and get no answer. Show up and was told that it would not be ready until NOON THE NEXT DAY. "Well we got busy", "well we don't have a tech with one vehicle at once". Yet again, why make an appointment then? Worst response was "well have you ever taken apart a rear differential?". No Jeffrey I have not, that is why that's YOUR job. I can do my job as an actual engineer designing a whole road quicker than your "difficult" job. If a manager reads this I don't want the run around of "call us". You have my information. More

I will never go back!!! This morning I had scheduled my car to be taking in to get a new battery and oil change. I had never experience racism quiet like this. It began with This morning I had scheduled my car to be taking in to get a new battery and oil change. I had never experience racism quiet like this. It began with a few questions since I am not a car expert and it seemed like Travis was being forced to answer my questions. It then lead to the car transportation services to work, he looked up my address. He refused this by stating that my work was 5 miles out of their range. I told him that when I made the appointment I specifically made sure that I told the person I work in McKinney. He didn't believe, he then began talking about how I had a "problem" paying for anything since I asked too many questions. I asked to speak to a manager after being accused of being liar then someone that trying to be "cheap." The manager took me to the office where the appointments are made, the young girl admitted that she did tell me this. After being called a liar and telling me that they would not do any service on my car to never apologizing for accusing me of lying. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE OR TAKE MY CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN. He refused to service my car and never apologized because I said a curse word due to his "policy" between his employees. The rest of the employees saw what happened and they all began to help me. It was too late and all I wanted to do was take my money somewhere else. I will make sure that I tell everyone about this so that I know spends another dime at this dealership. More

James Holliman (Service Director) and Alan Bostley (Sr. Service Advisor) as well as the entire service dealership have gone above and beyond the call James Holliman (Service Director) and Alan Bostley (Sr. Service Advisor) as well as the entire service dealership have gone above and beyond the call of duty once again. If there is an error, they will own up to it and fix it. During my service this past week, they fixed an oil leak from the oil drain pan, changed the oil, did a complimentary 21 point inspection and refinished my headlights; all done exceptionally well and they answered all my questions and provided pertinent information as not to get the headlights wet for 48 hours. Their entire staff are all friendly and approachable if you have any questions and / or concerns about anything with your auto or truck... Great work everyone!!!! By the way... I've been a customer of theirs for almost 30 years and pretty much the same staff is in place. That right there should tell you how well Glen Barnett, James Holliman and the Toyota Corporation treat their employees; of which has a direct correlation on how well they treat their customers. I've found them to be ethical and honest in all of their dealings with me over the time I've been a customer with them. More
