Toyota of Richardson had been doing maintenance ahead of schedule that wasn't needed, charging me over list price for parts and labor, charging me for items I dont need and telling me it's part of my scheduled maintenance, and they get away with it because they type up invoices in a way that intentionally doesn't make sense so you can't figure out what they're doing and she them. My friend works at Toyota and it took him some time to even figure out what they were charging me for. Nothing but thieves and liars running this place. More

As a 1st time owning a Toyota car and a 1st timer coming to Toyota of Richardson for a recall on my 2009 Toyota matrix, I was a Lil nervous but the re As a 1st time owning a Toyota car and a 1st timer coming to Toyota of Richardson for a recall on my 2009 Toyota matrix, I was a Lil nervous but the receptionist Courtney (hope I spell her name right) was Soo polite over the phone and when I arrived and met with my advisor Judy Deems, I was very impressed by her customer service to me. She really amazed me with her friendly smile, and great customer service. she told me that someone can drop me off at my apartment while they work on my car recall and they will also pick me up when it ready which was a big relief for me. The driver Mitch who drop me off and pick me up was very respectful and such a nice guy. Thank you Soo much Judy Deems for making me feel very welcome and comfortable and I will definitely be back in the future... If service is always this good I might definitely consider trading and buying my next car here next year. More

I've had dealings with Mr. Easy Newsom and Ms. Crystal Maldonado at this service center and both were very professional and knowledgeable. From my last visit, Ms. Maldonado kept me abreast of the timeline and before I left, suggested possible upcoming service. The knowledge of their service center personnel make it's easier for me to make an accurate determination on how I move forward with my vehicles maintenance. More
Horrible. Not just once. Two horrible experiences. First was as simple as an 8 hour oil change. "Well we got busy with walk ins", then what in the world is the reason for me m Two horrible experiences. First was as simple as an 8 hour oil change. "Well we got busy with walk ins", then what in the world is the reason for me making an appointment ahead of time. Second. Go in to repair my rear differential recall. Was told it would take 5 hours max and was promised it would be ready by end of day. Call 7 hours later and get no answer. Show up and was told that it would not be ready until NOON THE NEXT DAY. "Well we got busy", "well we don't have a tech with one vehicle at once". Yet again, why make an appointment then? Worst response was "well have you ever taken apart a rear differential?". No Jeffrey I have not, that is why that's YOUR job. I can do my job as an actual engineer designing a whole road quicker than your "difficult" job. If a manager reads this I don't want the run around of "call us". You have my information. More

I will never go back!!! This morning I had scheduled my car to be taking in to get a new battery and oil change. I had never experience racism quiet like this. It began with This morning I had scheduled my car to be taking in to get a new battery and oil change. I had never experience racism quiet like this. It began with a few questions since I am not a car expert and it seemed like Travis was being forced to answer my questions. It then lead to the car transportation services to work, he looked up my address. He refused this by stating that my work was 5 miles out of their range. I told him that when I made the appointment I specifically made sure that I told the person I work in McKinney. He didn't believe, he then began talking about how I had a "problem" paying for anything since I asked too many questions. I asked to speak to a manager after being accused of being liar then someone that trying to be "cheap." The manager took me to the office where the appointments are made, the young girl admitted that she did tell me this. After being called a liar and telling me that they would not do any service on my car to never apologizing for accusing me of lying. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE OR TAKE MY CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN. He refused to service my car and never apologized because I said a curse word due to his "policy" between his employees. The rest of the employees saw what happened and they all began to help me. It was too late and all I wanted to do was take my money somewhere else. I will make sure that I tell everyone about this so that I know spends another dime at this dealership. More
