(He's been my service advisor for more than 10 yrs. and for now a third Toyota in the family!) Sure there was a line at the cashiers' desk, but it was the typical rush at the end of the day. The cashiers are really great at processing payment efficiently. I may have purchased my new Toyota from a different dealer, but I will continue to bring my new Toyota ONLY at Toyota of Richardson for service. More
