Went in for oil change and got excellent service. Thomas (my service advisor) took care to inform me of what was needed today. Had an oil change, tire rotation and over all check of my car. Bad news Good service I took my 2006 4Runner in for a whining nose from the rear end. After an expensive repair of the rear bearings I was ready to pick up the 4Runner. I took my 2006 4Runner in for a whining nose from the rear end. After an expensive repair of the rear bearings I was ready to pick up the 4Runner. The service rep took it for one more test drive. There was still noise. Now it was The differential. More big bucks. Part way through this process I checked on trading the 4Runner as is. The service department and used car department worked well together to lay out the options. I decided to repair the 4 runner. The service department and used car department provided excellent communication throughout the process. They helped out by minimizing costs where they could. They complete repairs in the time frame and price range that they quoted. More
