Great service, poor finance decisions I have been a loyal customer of the service department at Toyota of Richardson for over ten years. Service advisors I have had over the years have been great. However, today I was informed that a 3% surcharge would be added for a credit card transaction. What a crock - not all service visits are cheap and using a credit card is needed to pay the full balance. Seems like the local pizza joint requires a $5 purchase for a credit card transaction? They don’t charge me 3% on top of that. More
