Thieves One of my best friends became a Toyota service advisor at another Toyota dealership and I had him review my invoices on a suspicion. Toyota of Richard One of my best friends became a Toyota service advisor at another Toyota dealership and I had him review my invoices on a suspicion. Toyota of Richardson had been doing maintenance ahead of schedule that wasn't needed, charging me over list price for parts and labor, charging me for items I dont need and telling me it's part of my scheduled maintenance, and they get away with it because they type up invoices in a way that intentionally doesn't make sense so you can't figure out what they're doing and she them. My friend works at Toyota and it took him some time to even figure out what they were charging me for. Nothing but thieves and liars running this place. More
