Went to dealership after finding a car I wanted online for an Ok price and getting an offer for a trade in online. Once there, they told me they only had a used vehicle in the car I was looking for and d for an Ok price and getting an offer for a trade in online. Once there, they told me they only had a used vehicle in the car I was looking for and did not have the car that they advertised online. Then when I told them I wasn't getting a used car for the same price as a new car, they magically found a new car but it was more expensive than both. We worked the price down lower and added trade in. Price was still higher than online price I went there for and I got offered 2000 less for trade in than online price offered. They said vehicle was not there after lowing price and signing but vehicle would there in a couple day. When signing the loan papers I told them over and over that I did not want extra warranty. They kept adding it in anyway. They tried to make me sign loan that was a couple thousand higher than we agreed. When I pointed it out, they said but the monthly payment is still the same as if I didnt add the warranty. I don't care about a monthly payment. All I care about is the total amount I am signing for. Finally fixed the loan with correct amount. Signed loan papers and left thinking my vehicle would arrive that weekend. Finally found out the next day the vehicle wouldnt be there for a week. After I texted asking what should I do with the trade in vehicle if it breaks down between now and then, they ended up calling me in an hour later for a different car with an extra 312 miles on it and making me sign papers all over again. I also told them at the very beginning that all vehicle assist functions had to be disabled before I left. They agreed that they could do that. However when driving in traffic the following day I realized that the vehicle assist functions are still intact and difficult to drive with and they do not care. More
