John Granlund was a pleasure to work with friendly and genuine. At the time that I was able to come down and test drive John was not available so Michael Jacobs came out to assist me. He advised me to go online and fill out a credit application to speed the process and to put in the notes that I had been working with John. He also ensured that he would forward the information to John as well. Michael wrote down the vehicle stock #, year and miles so that I could include that information and everything would be taken care of in advance so purchasing did not turn into an all day adventure. I appreciate the hard work and dedication of the two aforementioned team members and would recommend not only the dealership but the salesmen as well. More
This was my best experience in buying a vehicle, the moment that I was contacted via the Internet by Caroline Amaya. She answered all my questions concerning the purchase of the new Toyota Camry. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was looking for. We discussed my financial concerns, and Caroline assured me that, after checking my credit rating, I would be eligible for the 0% interest that I was most concerned with. She gave me several possible payment amounts according to what I was considering for a down payment. I set up an appointment for the following day, but after a minute or two, I returned her call to notify her that I was coming in within 15 minutes. When I arrived, she had all ready started the paper work; after the intial test drive, I was ready to purchase the car. Within minutes, Caroline and I completed our discussion, and proceed to the financial advisor, Gilbert Iglesias. The paper work was done properly and quickly to my satisfaction. I was satisfied with the price of the car, since I had already done some research pricing cars in the area. No one,either Toyota of San Bernarino (who never contacted me), or Nissan of Fontana gave me the information that Caroline Amaya gave me. Her information to me is the reason that I am now a proud owner of a Toyota Camry, and not a Nissan Altima. My intial attempt to purchase a Toyota car was with Toyota of San Bernardino..but, after two attempts via the internet, they never responded. I would gladly recommend Toyota of Redlands to any of my friends. More
Its a very stressful experience usually to deal with salesmen, most of the time you are not sure whether should trust what they are saying or not, just to you get to the dealership, they will give you u salesmen, most of the time you are not sure whether should trust what they are saying or not, just to you get to the dealership, they will give you unbeatable quote and make you drive to their showroom. Once you are there, they will try to hard sell cars that you weren't planning buy and take advantage of you loosing your patience and you end up buying what you never planned!!! I must say, Justin changed my impression of such salesmen. He is a great guy with a very straight forward approach and to the point information. He was very clear in giving me clear information and it made me very easy to decide what car I wanted to go for. I appreciate his attitude to earn customer's business in a right way... Though I ended up buying car from a different dealership as this one didn't have color I was looking for, but I will surely contact Justin from Redlands Toyota once again or refer to my friends whenever they are in need of a car. I first found the dealership online. I was only interested in a Toyota. When I arrived, Caroline Amaya asked me how I had heard of them. I told her on the internet, and she asked me if I had the interested in a Toyota. When I arrived, Caroline Amaya asked me how I had heard of them. When I said I didn't, because I was at an internet cafe when I logged on and the coupon disappeared before I could click on it, she immediately gave me credit for the coupon anyway. She was so understanding of my needs and the importance of a reliable vehicle. She made the trade in process, as well as choosing my new vehicle, seamless. She answered all of my questions, and worked very hard to get me the best deal possible. She even let me use her computer to log into my financing account to get the payoff amount for my trade in. The entire process was stress free. It was truly a pleasure working not only with Caroline, but the entire team. It couldn't have been any easier. I will highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in purchasing a new Toyota. More

I totaled my 05 Prius and was eager to replace it quickly. I test drove a Prius with Steven on Monday and it was very straight forward and no pressure, since he knew I was waiting on my insurance com quickly. When the funds got released and it came time to buy, I got internet prices from my credit union and the color Prius I wanted ended up being in Moreno Valley. I went there first, with two valid checks, and Moreno Valley refused to let me buy the Prius I wanted (I waited 3 days for it to be delivered) unless I let them run a credit application. This was bad enough, but the sales manager was rude, made fun of us and told us he had to follow certain procedures due to the Patriot Act (totally unprofessional and ridiculous to say the least). The last thing he said was, "You know, you don't have to buy a car here," I was shocked at his attitude. I know the car I want has limited availability this moment but at the end of the day I'm still paying almost $30,000 and am a customer. I called Redlands Toyota from the office I was left in and told them my problem. I spoke with Laura and the first thing she said was, "Why didn't you come here?" Good question. The sales manager at Redlands knew we had just bought a vehicle for my husband 3 weeks prior and told us to come down, they would take care of us. And they did and my car was almost $1,000 less. Caroline got us in and out the door with my replacement car. After a rough week of dealing with insurance companies, rental cars and banks, actually replacing the car was the easiest part. Now I know to go to Redlands to get the service I need. More
Horrible. Military should NOT buy a car here. I told them MULTIPLE times that I was military and would be paying my taxes in Florida where I am a resident. They assured me that CA had to charge sales t them MULTIPLE times that I was military and would be paying my taxes in Florida where I am a resident. They assured me that CA had to charge sales tax regardless and foolishly I took them at their word. Afterwords, I spoke to the CA DMV and they even had a DMV agent assigned to my request because they told me I SHOULD NOT have paid CA taxes. Toyota of Redlands would NOT give me my money back regardless of all the information provided and the contact information provided to them for my DMV agent. They eventually stopped taking my calls...horrible experience. More

We have been shopping for Sequoia Platinum RWD ($ 57k MSRP) for some time, and we were introduced to this dealer from AAA no-hassle pricing service (thru Zag). The dealer quoted us the lowest guaranteed MSRP) for some time, and we were introduced to this dealer from AAA no-hassle pricing service (thru Zag). The dealer quoted us the lowest guaranteed price of $ 51.6k, roughly $ 600 under invoice. Cool, so we decided to stop by. When we got there, we had to wait for a half an hour to meet the sale person whom we communicated via email. Fine, he must have had some urgent matter to take care. Since he knew what we were there for, he brought Sequoia for us to take a look. SURPRISE!! It was a Sequoia with 3,750 miles driven by the manager/owner/whoever. They said it was never registered, but who cares, it's still USED FOR OVER 3000 MILES!! Fine, we decided to give a shot if the price was ok, we were thinking like "maybe about $ 45k would do the job" since it's used. The salesman came back and GUESS WHAT? THEY WERE ASKING FREAKING $ 51k FOR THE USED ONE. Umm.. We got the GUARANTEED PRICE of $ 51.6k for BRAND NEW ONE, and you are only giving us 600 bucks discount for used one? HELLO?? We tried to negotiate, but they didn't bite. So, we asked for the brand new one for $ 51.6k, and they said they can't find one. HELLO???? So we walked away. AVOID THESE LIARS. I am going to report this dealer to AAA and Zag as well, so they can kick this dealer out from being Certified dealer. More
