I have a long commute to work, so I needed a fuel-effecient vehicle. I have two children, so I needed safe and reliable. I also needed to stay within a budget. It soon became obvious that I needed to go with a toyota camry. Then came the task of finding a dealership. Thanks to a referral, I was able to contact Greg Leon. After an initial conversation over the phone, I felt confident that I would find my car at this dealership. Greg, Todd, and Cindy were friendly, thorough, and professional. Greg's welcoming demeanor immedieately made me feel at home. Todd's expertise was a plus when I test drove the car. Cindy's explanation and patience was much appreciated. I had my Scion TC for 7 years now (originally purchased from the old location in Redlands) and it finally decided to give m about Toyota of Redlands. I had my Scion TC for 7 years now (originally purchased from the old location in Redlands) and it finally decided to give me some issues. I took it into the dealer and convinced myself to buy a new car. Andrew in services immediately transferred me over to Todd Burns in sales and he took care of the rest. I had multiple questions which he answered completely. I've never really "trusted" dealerships before but I always get a good feeling when I come into Redlands. It seems like they've managed to retain the small town feel while still doing millions in business. It was extremely easy to use the Costco auto program to contact a dealer, especially if you already know the car you are interested in. Caroline immediately contacted me regarding my inquiry and it was ver contact a dealer, especially if you already know the car you are interested in.
