Todd and the staff at Toyota of Redlands more than met Todd and the staff at Toyota of Redlands more than met our expectations. The car we thought we wanted to purchase did not have the equipment we rea Todd and the staff at Toyota of Redlands more than met our expectations. The car we thought we wanted to purchase did not have the equipment we really wanted. Todd went over the vehicle with us and helped put an end to our confusion. The environment at the dealership was very relaxed and friendly. This was important as they had to find the car we wanted as it was not on their lot. Todd not only located the car but also went and got it the same day. This meant that my wife got her new car a few days after her birthday and a day before Mother's Day. I am happy because we got the internet price that we expected. My story gets better. I had lost my reading glasses that day and searched everywhere but with no luck. My wife called Todd the next day and asked if anyone had found a pair of glasses at the dealership. Todd told her he would check and call back. He called back a few minutes later and informed us that he had indeed found them in the office where we had signed the paperwork. We picked up my lost glasses later that day. Todd's professionalism and great customer service are outstanding. More
