I've purchased several Toyota's over the years and have always had good experiences. However, I have to say that this was the most pleasant. Todd was great; very helpful, professional and took more of a consultative role. Worked out all the features I wanted and I picked up my Tacoma a day or two later. I went through the Costco program and the deal was good based on the research I did. Janelle was a riot. I think her and my wife ganged up on me some. LOL Just kidding. She was a joy to work with. I spent almost as much time with her as I did Todd. :-) I waited to submit this review until I got my running boards put on the truck which we did on Friday 7-5. The service team was excellent as well. Very friendly, prompt service. The shuttle driver was very nice as well; dropped my wife off back at home and picked her back up a few hours later. Looking forward to using my free service program with these guys. Very professional, helpful team. Thank you. More

I was delighted with the quality of service offered. Not only was the pricing the best among several other dealers, but the the whole team that helped us out was wonderful. I went to other Toyota dealers and they all seemed like robots trying to sell cars, but Toyota of Redlands made us feel like their friends, they made us feel welcomed and offered services that other dealers didn't even mention. This must be the best dealer and team in the nation. Pricing was much less that what I was originally quoted for, and it was just a great experience, just like going to an amusement park. More

I took his recommendation and I'm glad I did. Although my North Hollywood experience wasn't bad, my Redlands experience with Larry Wolfe couldn't have gone better. He instantly recognized I wanted a specific model with specific features. He found the very car my wife and I were looking for and he didn't waste our time trying to push other vehicles on us, which would have just annoyed us. Larry was straightforward, patient, and very knowledgeable about his vehicles and their features. My parents joined us on this car-buying trip and he got along well with everybody.
