I spoke with Caroline (internet manager) regarding the Costco Vehicle Purchase Program the day before we bought our car. Getting my Toyota vehicles serviced at this dealership is beyond reproach. They do their, is take care of the Customers needs of getting their vehicles serviced at a reasonable cost and not saying you need t beyond reproach. The service department is the best that I have come across in all my years doing business with other dealerships, you can trust this one for sure. Mario Bloomfield does an outstanding job in taking care of the customers needs and has a very good knowledge of all the Toyota Automotive line of vehicles, he does an excellent job as a service writer... this should be noted by the upper management in the Dealership. I love my 2011 sienna and cannot thank Larry Wolfe enough for his outstanding help! I was so pleased that in just a short period of time he found just what I was looking for. He gave perfect directions befor for his outstanding help! I was so pleased that in just a short period of time he found just what I was looking for. He gave perfect directions before and during the test drive and after that he made sure that I could operate seats and so many of the various safety items that are built into the car. He gave me confidence that I would quickly learn how to handle this vehicle. He also made sure that I received the owners manual and best of all he actually set up my Bluetooth! Larry also assured me that if I had any questions to call him at any time. I would definitely say this was a great experience! More

I bought my vehicle in 2004 new. I have always had it service @ Redlands Toyoita. When I went in for the 1st service I was lucky enough to have Patrick as my service rep. When Patrick was off one day I w service @ Redlands Toyoita. When I went in for the 1st service I was lucky enough to have Patrick as my service rep. When Patrick was off one day I was lucky again as I had Mario help me. They are both so knowledgeable and professional that I trust them completely. If they say I need something done then it will get done. I have been going so long that you talk w/them & feel like they are extended family. If I go in & either of them are not available I come back @ a later date. Kuddos to both of them. More
