Great dealership I bought my second Toyota from this dealership today. My first was from them, as well, as was my mother's. The experience was painless. I can't speak highly enough about the staff, and that includes the service department. I drive an hour each way to have them perform all necessary maintenance. I highly recommend them. More

I was prepared wanted a 2014 Toyota Corolla S with a moon roof. Caroline pulled the car up we did an overview. Went over all the features and the new Toyota's have a ton. Bluetooth, back up camera, entune, navigation, safety features the list goes on and on. Then we did the part I hate finance. But Caroline assured me she would take care of me. And she sure did! Gave me a great price super happy. Her customer service was great. She answered all my questions. Exceptional I would highly recommend you see her ASAP if you are looking to buy a car. More
Incompetent technicians, poor quality control oversight Two visits to toyota redlands service dept. for routine service on Rav4. 3/27/14, maintenance service. Agreed. On 4/2, driving at night on the 10 freeway, vehicle lost all power, engine, lights. Vehicle towed home at midnight, next morning vehicle towed to AAA garage. Findings main charging wire from alternator to fuse block loose. Service mgr. Garnett, apologized, accepted responsibility, covered extra towing fee & repair shop cost. 5/14/14 go in for safety recall, while car there, point inspection done, Jaime, advised my battery needed to be replaced. Declined replacement there since battery just over 1yr. Old. 5/15 contact AAA to replace battery, tested, found battery to be fine. Showed him toyota's test results, he pointed out the CCA for my battery was 570, not CCA 700, as was done at toyota. INFO on Battery!! Contacted Jaime, informed him, requested service manager Clark contact me. No response. More

After walking out on salespaeople who didn't care one way or the other if we bought a vehicle or what we were even looking for, we came to Carolina Amaya at Redlands Toyota. What a HUSTLER!! She moved quick to get us what we wanted and how we wanted it. These people were motivated and excited to help not just us, but all the customers I could see around us. The staff are helpful and kind and THEY GET IT DONE. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for new or used and even more so, ask for Carolina Amaya!! She will take care of you! More

It would appear that we were the first and only people to look at and drive this car. I have had VW cars in the past, 2002 Jetta 1.8T (turbo), 1999 Jetta 3 GLS and a 1995 Cabriolet Ettien Aigner edition convertible. The visit was not what I had expected. Righ away there was a different feel about this place, it was like I owned the dealership. Mr. David Blanco will throw you off as he presents young and even inexperienced looking. I had facebook instant messenged him regarding the car. We met and I took the test drive, liked the car and we made the arrangements to bring it home. I CAN NOT stress enough to the car buying public that this is the dealership to go to and buy your next car, truck, suv, minivan etc... If it moves, you NEED to call Toyota of Redlands. These people CAN NOT AND WILL NOT STOP until they are completely satisfied that you are dealt with any way less than perfect!!!! I had to tell them to stop, that's nothing like I have ever experienced, EVER. I have bought more cars than most people have pairs of socks and this was the best I have ever had. You know that feeling you get after you made your car purchase, that "did I get F***ed feeling?, yeah I didn't get that. I got he car for much less than retail and can't wait for the funding to be done so I can contribute to traffic. Thank you to David Blanco and the whole team there at Toyota of Redlands. I didn't go for the free BBQ, the balloons, or the free starbucks coffee, I went to them for the car and got the free bees after, hahaha. They even gave me the extended warranty for free, saving me well over $1800.00, they left nothing out... Again, a big thank you to the staff there at Tof R, you guys really are top notch. Check them out before you buy anything from anywhere, chances are they have it, will get it, or will go to the auction to get it for you. Jacob R. RIojas More
