3 Years ago, I purchased my 2015 Avalon from this dealer. They have not seen or touched the car since. Recently I found a new entry on carfax stating they did service on the car on April 26th. I contacte They have not seen or touched the car since. Recently I found a new entry on carfax stating they did service on the car on April 26th. I contacted them and their service director or manager I forget at this point. But he told me that they had a "CAMRY" with an identical VIN" (a lie no two cars have similar or identical vins) that the camry was in for service and it came up as my Avalon and they voided the transaction but Carfax picked it up anyway. He promised to contact carfax to remove this entry but it still remains. My car now has an additional 40,000+ miles on its carfax that it did not before and that the car its self does NOT have. ODOMETER FRAUD people. and I will be contacting the DMV next!!! More

It is unfortunate that I cannot remember the names of the other people I worked with, but I don't think they liked me much since I did not purchase any extras, sorry. Love my car, such a smooth ride plus I feel I have a reliable car for many years to come. Yes, I will recommend Toyota of Redlands. More

That was a gamble as the car I had intended to buy was a good deal, and I could've missed it. Natalie was awesome and very patient with us when we came back. JR was able to get me the payment I wanted by working the numbers. Overall, it was a good experience. The car is fabulous, was very clean and felt brand new when I got it. It is such a relief to have had a stress free experience. More
I recently purchased a Toyota Corolla Hybrid from this dealership. While it went well when Oscar handled the initial stages of the transaction: locating and reserving an acceptable vehicle. The "CLOSER", James, the sales representative who was assigned the final negotiations, packed the offer sheet with an outrageous figure for extras, that he presented to me to be part of the deal. It was up to me to identify and to reject them. In essence, I felt that I was being "hustled". Though I concluded the sale, it was an extremely poor opinion of that salesperson in particular, and the dealership as a whole. I brought all of this by e-mail to the dealership's General Sales Manager Mr. Cooney and received a vanilla response, in essence,"Thanks for the information, we'll bear it in mind.". Despite lauding themselves for customer satisfaction, this car dealer's lack of "transparency" would make me think very hard about buying another car from this them. Overall, on a scale of 1-10, ten being best, 1 would be generous. More

The best dealer I have been to. . I was assisted by Patrick in the service department, who took the time to go above and beyond to answer all my questions. He had such patience extre . Finance guy lied to me about how much my monthly would be just to get me to buy the extended warranty. He made me feel like a helpless single mom that would be stranded and lost on the road if I didn't have just to get me to buy the extended warranty. He made me feel like a helpless single mom that would be stranded and lost on the road if I didn't have extra protection even though I have AAA. For the past 2 years that I've have my car, there's always something wrong. My breaks have been squeaky since I first bought it (they said that's just the way they are made these days) my car felt like it wouldn't grab when I was taking off from a stop sign, it sounded like it would just Rev up and spin but didn't go anywhere (they said that's just how they're made) I've been in 3 times to fix my computer because the wifi wouldn't connect and it wouldn't do any automatic updates, once they fixed it they said I needed to delete an app on my phone because it's the reason why it messed the system up (I never had any apps installed but apparently it's my fault) and the whole time they had my car for this last computer fix they ran gas tank to completely EMPTY. Not even 1 mile left. I know my gas was low but the light wasn't on. They ran it the whole time until there was nothing left. I asked them what happened and they said "your gas could have been low and we need to run the car to fix the computer so that's just how it is" I swear I hate them so much I'll never take my car there for services ever again. More
