Always look under the hood after service Personal experience Oil cap left off Tranmission fluid overfilled (Three visits to fix but it was never there fault) Rags left in engine compartment Oil filter over tightened poor communication between the service counter and service tech (Three visits I asked for new plastic clips for under body noted on paper work but never completed in shop) Over all the service department will never own up to mistakes they have made.
