We went into Toyota of Pullman around 5pm on a Saturday night and were met by Chris in the parking lot. We test drove the 2018 RAV-4 and during the test drive we were comparing it with the other models that we had test drove recently. When we returned to the dealership, we were just going to call it a night, but then the manager came out and mentioned that they had a used 2017 CRV on the lot and asked if we wanted to test drive that car. Even though we had already test drove the CRV that day, we went ahead and drove this one and really liked the car. We returned to the dealership and had them assess our minivan for trade in. The initially offered us blue book value for the trade in, but when we decided to leave, they upped the trade in offer to a level that we couldn't turn down. Overall, the process went pretty smoothly right after that credit check, loan application, and we were off in our new used car. We left the title of our minivan at home, so Chris followed us back to Pullman and we signed it over to him. Probably not something that he had to do, but did it anyway. Next, we went ahead and got the undercarriage treatment and scheduled it for the following Monday. We dropped it off at lunch and then was going to have them come over to Pullman and bring us back to the dealership when they finished it. Chris ended up picking us up as well as ensured the vehicle was properly detailed, getting out some stains that we had noticed during the test drive. Anyway, we were impressed with everyone's eagerness to make our experience a good one. Thanks More

They listed the vehicle we bought as 1 owner, it was a 2 owner vehicle. It states no accidents even on the carfax and I'm not sure if that is true. They sell cars overpriced, in my opinion. I was led to believe a price, that wasn't apparently a reasonable price anymore once I drove from Spokane. We won't shop there again. Nice people...misleading in ways but I suppose what dealership isn't anymore. More

I bought a 2017 Toyota Camry from this dealership, and I regret ever giving these people my business. They used my warranty on my trade in as part of my down payment without letting my wife and I know about it, and then when we told them it would take time for us to get the money from our trade they nonstop called us badgering every other day for their money. Now, they sent my wife and I a letter in the mail threatening us with legal litigation if we did not pay the bill that they went behind our back to put into place. They literally do not care about you go anywhere but here to buy a car or else you might be threatened next with getting sued or taken to collection over $600 as well. My wife and I tried to call the manager Philip Greetings many times for help to no avail (even though he stated to us that he would handle the situation), and when we recently called him he rudely hung up on my wife (after we paid of course) who has been stressed out about this whole ordeal. PLEASE drive far away from this place, Cda, Spokane, and Lewiston all have better prices, better customer service for Toyota's, and they care about the long term relationship with their customers unlike these crooks. They have a 2.9 star for a reason please do not trust these people. More

For the last 3 purchases I've worked with I've bought 3 corollas, 1 xxxxxxand 1 RAV 4 through Toyota of Pullman and had great experiences every time. For the last 3 purchases I've worked with Dave and really enjoy working with him. He's honest about pros and cons or vehicles, listens to what's important to me, and is able to answer all my questions. Plus, Dave will always wash my car when I bring it in for service, and has also told me to bring it in at any time to be washed. I definitely recommend Toyota of Pullman. More
Dishonest salesmanship, they will promise lies for commissio These parasites will be extremely dishonest and pushy for you to leave with a car that they know has problems for full price. They will then proceed t These parasites will be extremely dishonest and pushy for you to leave with a car that they know has problems for full price. They will then proceed to try and charge you for problems that were obviosly pre existing. The reason people go to a dealership is so they don't have to deal with cars with problems or dishonest sales people like Dave. He will smile at you while telling you lies through his teeth just to get you out the door whether it is with a car or your complaining. Do not buy from these guys. They are xxxx and will definitely be reported to Toyota. More

The vehicle was too old, with too many miles on it to put that much money into it. Whether or not the real problem could have been discovered before $1,500 of work was done to it, is questionable. So I was faced with a situation where I had to tow my vehicle out of there and pay a $1,500 bill. Kerry Betts, a service manager, called me and said they had to decided to offer a partial refund since the problem wasn't resolved. He and the accounting department decided on half the labor which was about $425. However, after numerous phone calls with him and Greg Coleman the GM, I sill haven't actually received the funds although both of them constantly reassured me that the refund would happen. It's been 5 months now and many calls to the GM have gone unanswered. Everybody was friendly and accommodating, but either dishonest or too disorganized to get a promised refund taken care of. More

The Salesman Dave was very friendly and helpful.(This is the only nice comment I have about this Dealership.) The vehicle had been on their lot for 3 months. It looked as though they didn't do anything to it except wash the outside. Inside was so dirty and reeked of dog. There was ketchup, or something that resembled ketchup, inside a cup holder. The driver's armrest looked like someone sweated all over it. Dog hair, crumbs, and dirt were all over the place. The previous owner's registration was still in the glove box. It goes on and on. When we went inside to talk to them about the vehicle, they didn't seem to care that the vehicle had not been cleaned. When we tried to talk price, the Sales Manager Dave (yes, a different Dave) obviously did not like our offer and he became a real jerk to us. He actually started to raise his voice to us. Needless to say, we walked out. Never to return or recommend the place. More
