Just looking I visited the dealership checking out some trucks as a second vehicle. I was met in the parking lot by Chris. He showed me the available vehicles on the lot, and was very helpful. He even offered to check the surrounding areas, if they did not happen to have what I wanted online. He was not overly aggressive, or pushy, and seemed to genuinely want to get me the best deal possible. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, and I definitely recommend Toyota of Pullman for your car shopping needs. More
Good Experience Im a pretty straight forward guy , I come in state what I want and if it cant be met then I'm usually the one to head out the door in a hurry. taken advantage of 10/29/17 I went to buy a 2017 Rav4. I worked with a pleasant salesman who said that he could get me a 2017 from another town. After a longtime we ne 10/29/17 I went to buy a 2017 Rav4. I worked with a pleasant salesman who said that he could get me a 2017 from another town. After a longtime we negotiated a price and a monthly payment that I was OK with. I was then turned over to another man who had paper work ready. I signed 10 different places with that man just saying sign here. I unfortunately did not read all of the documents before I signed. I never thought anything about it till I got my 1st car payment and it was higher than we talked about. Then I read the paper work and found out that the Rav cost me 6000.00 MORE than we had negotiated upon. It was higher than list price. I made an apt. with the manager. When I got to the dealership he was sitting at an open desk in the middle of the sales floor with 3 other employees 'there. He was leaned back in his chair-arms behind his head and very condescending. It is my fault for not reading the papers before I signed.. My only excuses are that I was tired, I am old and I trusted them. Toyota of Pullman took advantage of the situation. More
Finding the car was not easy but the purchase was:) I had the pleasure to work with Chris L. one of the salesman there who also helps with financing, basically I had been on the hunt for a quality used I had the pleasure to work with Chris L. one of the salesman there who also helps with financing, basically I had been on the hunt for a quality used car for lets say longer than it needed to be and certainly could not find time in my schedule. Spoke with Chris initially over the phone and told him everything and what i was looking for in a price range I had ZERO flexibility on. He not only kept in contact but ended up finding me a car that couldn't have fit the build more. Very pleased and honestly didn't feel like I was working with a salesman but a genuine individual who shown he cares about the representation of his profession. More

While we have had our share of bad luck with quite a few of them but no one worked as hard for us as Chris Locken did at Toyota of Pullman. He has worked with us every step of the way and continues to do so in the search of the perfect car for us. More
Terrible service My step dads car got stolen off the lot while he was out of town with a rental car. They initially gave him a rental car to use until he got his car situation figured out, to avoid bad press. He had the rental car not even a day and they told him he needs to bring it back in. They refused to claim responsibility, even though it was stolen on their property. All they are trying to do is sell him a new car, that he doesn't have the means for. They care more about money than they do the customers. He is completely without a vehicle, all thanks for Toyota's neglect, lack of security cameras, and priorities (or lack of). More
Just what we were looking for We were in the market for a compact SUV and were in the process of test driving multiple brands. We went into Toyota of Pullman around 5pm on a Satur We were in the market for a compact SUV and were in the process of test driving multiple brands. We went into Toyota of Pullman around 5pm on a Saturday night and were met by Chris in the parking lot. We test drove the 2018 RAV-4 and during the test drive we were comparing it with the other models that we had test drove recently. When we returned to the dealership, we were just going to call it a night, but then the manager came out and mentioned that they had a used 2017 CRV on the lot and asked if we wanted to test drive that car. Even though we had already test drove the CRV that day, we went ahead and drove this one and really liked the car. We returned to the dealership and had them assess our minivan for trade in. The initially offered us blue book value for the trade in, but when we decided to leave, they upped the trade in offer to a level that we couldn't turn down. Overall, the process went pretty smoothly right after that credit check, loan application, and we were off in our new used car. We left the title of our minivan at home, so Chris followed us back to Pullman and we signed it over to him. Probably not something that he had to do, but did it anyway. Next, we went ahead and got the undercarriage treatment and scheduled it for the following Monday. We dropped it off at lunch and then was going to have them come over to Pullman and bring us back to the dealership when they finished it. Chris ended up picking us up as well as ensured the vehicle was properly detailed, getting out some stains that we had noticed during the test drive. Anyway, we were impressed with everyone's eagerness to make our experience a good one. Thanks More
Too early to tell. Well, somewhat misleading. They listed the vehicle we bought as 1 owner, it was a 2 owner vehicle. It states no accidents even on the carfax and I'm n Well, somewhat misleading. I was led to believe a price, that wasn't apparently a reasonable price anymore once I drove from Spokane. We won't shop there again. Nice people...misleading in ways but I suppose what dealership isn't anymore. More
