So the entire process is seamless and pleasant with mutual respect and high efficiency. Moreover, as I lived in a city which is 5 hours drive away from Pullman, they offered free delivery by their staff within 2 days and dropped the new car at our door and picked up our old vehicle. They also helped us to take care of vehicle registration and plate application process. So this is the best experience I have had in purchasing a new car over last 30 years.
