Once we started discussing numbers, both Alie and Rafael worked hard to keep the deal within terms I was comfortable with. The process never became belligerent or combative. When I went to sign the paperwork I met Ray and he was just as friendly as the other guys. And he too worked very hard to accommodate my requests so the numbers worked out to what I was looking for. Also Faz followed up with me both before and after the sale to make sure all my questions had been answered and that there were no concerns.
