James Steele is the sorriest manager in the Toyota industry! I submitted an online application for an available vehicle on 8/4 and through multiple calls, emails and texts (and sent all the requested industry! I submitted an online application for an available vehicle on 8/4 and through multiple calls, emails and texts (and sent all the requested photos of my trade-in) James failed to communicate to me what my trade-in offer was - stating I needed to bring it by even though I followed all the appropriate steps to receive a preliminary appraisal (and asked multiple times with no response) and failed to communicate to me that the vehicle was actually being used as a demo that his wife was driving around and wasn’t at all available. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get to this dealership on 8/5 and arrived at 5:30p.m. to purchase this vehicle as stated. When I asked to speak to him directly he was suddenly gone for the day and unavailable to speak with me! And apparently no other inventory for what I came for 2-3 months. POOR SORRY CRAPPY SERVICE FROM MR. STEELE! More

I went into this dealership because Toyota Financial told me to buy out my lease I needed to go in and see the dealer. In the past this was all done with paperwork with Toyota Financial but it’s not that way me to buy out my lease I needed to go in and see the dealer. In the past this was all done with paperwork with Toyota Financial but it’s not that way anymore. When I went into this dealership yesterday I had $10,000 in equity in my lease buyout. By the time I left and reviewed the paperwork thoroughly I found that I only had $3500 in equity because of hidden fees. A fast talking guy named kash in finance helped me make the first mistake which was focusing on the monthly payment. How do I used my bank and then a transaction through them I would still have $10,000 in equity and a better deal. That’s on me. What I will say is that I have purchased five vehicles from Toyota specifically Toyota Of Plano over the course of the last 12 years. I will never, under any circumstance, by another from Toyota Of Plano and to that end I may never buy another Toyota it was such a bad experience. When I found the fee today I reached out to my salesman Hussein who told me he had out no idea what the fee was and he would have to ask finance and I never heard from him again. Shame on me, shame on Toyota Of Plano and shame on Toyota corporate for making someone who is a loyal customer go through the dealership and get screwed More
