I have been getting my 4Runner serviced at Toyota of Plano for the last 13 years. They are always professional and efficient and have always taken great care of me and my vehicle. I went into this dealership because Toyota Financial told me to buy out my lease I needed to go in and see the dealer. In the past this was all done with paperwork with Toyota Financial but it’s not that way me to buy out my lease I needed to go in and see the dealer. In the past this was all done with paperwork with Toyota Financial but it’s not that way anymore. When I went into this dealership yesterday I had $10,000 in equity in my lease buyout. By the time I left and reviewed the paperwork thoroughly I found that I only had $3500 in equity because of hidden fees. A fast talking guy named kash in finance helped me make the first mistake which was focusing on the monthly payment. How do I used my bank and then a transaction through them I would still have $10,000 in equity and a better deal. That’s on me. What I will say is that I have purchased five vehicles from Toyota specifically Toyota Of Plano over the course of the last 12 years. I will never, under any circumstance, by another from Toyota Of Plano and to that end I may never buy another Toyota it was such a bad experience. When I found the fee today I reached out to my salesman Hussein who told me he had out no idea what the fee was and he would have to ask finance and I never heard from him again. Shame on me, shame on Toyota Of Plano and shame on Toyota corporate for making someone who is a loyal customer go through the dealership and get screwed More
