He was very pleasant and even told us initially that it was possibly going to be under a contract. He called us back shortly to tell us that it was indeed still there so we could come look at it. We came in and found Israel to be very pleasant and extremely easy to talk to and work with. We looked at the car and made an offer. In a very short time we agreed and moved on over to the finance manager. From start to finish, we were in and out in a very short amount of time.
