James Steele is the sorriest manager in the Toyota industry! I submitted an online application for an available vehicle on 8/4 and through multiple calls, emails and texts (and sent all the requested industry! I submitted an online application for an available vehicle on 8/4 and through multiple calls, emails and texts (and sent all the requested photos of my trade-in) James failed to communicate to me what my trade-in offer was - stating I needed to bring it by even though I followed all the appropriate steps to receive a preliminary appraisal (and asked multiple times with no response) and failed to communicate to me that the vehicle was actually being used as a demo that his wife was driving around and wasn’t at all available. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get to this dealership on 8/5 and arrived at 5:30p.m. to purchase this vehicle as stated. When I asked to speak to him directly he was suddenly gone for the day and unavailable to speak with me! And apparently no other inventory for what I came for 2-3 months. POOR SORRY CRAPPY SERVICE FROM MR. STEELE! More
