They asked for my car's make and model to facilitate in preparation for a quote but instead they didn't provide it but rather hang up on me. I tried calling a couple of times later but to no avail. I later decided to go for the appointment and get the quote information there and apparently, I realized that this has been the game all along, to get people to their doors. After spending time queuing in line waiting for your turn, you are first of all presented with the quotation that you had been requesting for all along on the phone which apparently they avoided providing until you got to their premises. Its a messed up way to create forced sales via pathetic customer service. More
