Unfortunately, I didn't check my email until a day later and the vehicle had been sold. Ethan Sabahi worked very hard to locate another vehicle that would meet our needs, and was extremely responsive via telephone, text and email. Whole process had its events but Edgar and Carlos went far and beyond to make it as easy as possible. Edgar helped us by showing different options that could work better for our budget. Most important part of the whole process is that there was no pressure from either of them and we left the dealership feeling like valued customers.
