As before, a pleasant experience. ..very organized...I call for service appointment...pull up at time of appointment...promptly meet with service advisor, Jonathan Salas...was kept upd ..very organized...I call for service appointment...pull up at time of appointment...promptly meet with service advisor, Jonathan Salas...was kept updated throughout the service of my vehicle...no surprises...reasonable charges...very pleasant atmosphere...lots of smiles...each visit it certainly appears the employees enjoy their jobs...when I arrived for service this last time, I was almost ready to "get rid" of my 2011 Toyota Venza...it had 199,000 miles, but I had taken very good care of it for 10 years, so, I thought I'd give it a chance with the recommended service...sure glad I did because when I left the service department, "no way" will I be getting rid of the car...after serviced, it drives almost like it did 10 years ago when I first got it...I thank you, Jonathan Salas, and Toyota of Plano, I greatly appreciate you!
