Poor customer service Even though I had booked an appointment (MLK day) to get an oil change - it took two and a half hours to get it done. An oil change should take less than half an hour We all have busy schedules, that is why I booked an appointment Please do not double book appointments, because it hurts customers Time cannot be regained After the first hour, I checked what was the problem, but nothing After the second hour, no change after checking Even though they paid for the service (because of what had happened) Two and a half hour for an oil change is unacceptable Hope that others will not have to go through what I went through:( More
