Marco Cardona is a knowledgeable young man with a great personality. My original reason for going to the dealership was for a standard oil change but as my vehicle was being inspected it was decided there personality. I was here 3 hrs for a battery change even tho my warranty was covering for the battery Jonathan couldn’t take 5 min of its time to call me and let me know I had to go in and asked he said to wait an warranty was covering for the battery Jonathan couldn’t take 5 min of its time to call me and let me know I had to go in and asked he said to wait and see if I can get approval for a loaner and leave the car there he said yes but later on I got told they were no loaner so 4 hours waiting and I had to bring my car back how it is and I had to jumpstart I. The middle of my way home. Never bring your car here for a battery call ahead and asked because you’ll be here 4 hrs u til they actually tell you what’s going on. I asked to speak to a manager and he never showed up and they never let me talk to him such unprofessionalism More
