Not only did they ever quit contacting me, but were very concerned about correcting the defect even if I was no longer the owner. They even made me aware that there was also another recall concerning the same vehicle. The service personell were very polite, attentive, and helpful. They even performed a free front end alignment. Toyota of Plano also provided shuttle service to my house and back to the dealership so I could get my vehicle. Awesome job Toyota. I was very impressed! More
