I have been a loyal customer of Toyota of Plano for last 9 years. I purchased 5 Toyota cars from them, so far. But service department needs lot of improvement. If you are going there for just oil change or 9 years. I purchased 5 Toyota cars from them, so far. But service department needs lot of improvement. If you are going there for just oil change or routine service, you will be better off going elsewhere. Any auto repair shop will do it in 20-30 minutes max at a cheaper rate. Today, I ended up spending >3 hours for simple oil change. The shuttle itself was available after 1 hour to drop me off and car was ready, after another 45-50 minutes. I am not going to go again for simple maintenance or oil change again. My time is more precious, than money. Toyota lost a customer, today. For such a big dealership, how does it matter? Really disappointed with the whole experience. More

Carlos Murillo is my service rep and has been for a very, very long time. I was able to schedule the appointment as there were openings the day my AC had went out. Even though I had not seen Carlos in over very long time. I was able to schedule the appointment as there were openings the day my AC had went out. Even though I had not seen Carlos in over a year as I had moved at the time, he was and always been very professional and taken care of my every need, especially since my 4Runner has over 354K miles. Along with an alignment and oil change, my AC Blower motor went out and he told me he had to order the part and my vehicle would not be ready until the next day. I actually thought it would be the next afternoon of the following day, but he called me at 8:15am the next morning and let me know my vehicle had been repaired and ready to go. I told him that I thought my vehicle would not be ready until the following afternoon. He told me the technician that worked on my vehicle had already had taken out the blower motor and had the parts/pieces ready to go so when the AC Blower motor arrived at 7am that morning, he was able to quickly and efficiently repair and put everything back together. So in the case, I want to say THANK YOU to the technician! He is on top of his game! Overall Excellent Service! THANK YOU SO MUCH! More
