Regarding Recent Oil Change Hi, I wanted to bring something to your attention. I had an oil change done at your dealership on 10/11/25, and recently I noticed oil on my garage floor. My mechanic conf something to your attention. I had an oil change done at your dealership on 10/11/25, and recently I noticed oil on my garage floor. My mechanic confirmed that the issue was a loose oil drain screw, which he tightened. I’m not upset, but I wanted to let you know because a loose drain plug can lead to leaks or even engine damage if not caught early. I would appreciate it if you could double‑check this step during future services. It caused unnecessary time, cost, and stress that could have been avoided. Thank you More
