I came to get my battery replacement. Next morning when I opened the hood I was disappointed about the service. The red insulation cap was not placed on the positive terminal. Also both terminals supposed to have cleaned for any corrosion which was not done. But the service representative was very polite. More
This was a great experience from start to finish. Made an appointment for them to find out why my Highlander wouldn’t start. Got a call from the service advisor (Marco) that afternoon.
