Anyway, it'd been many years since I purchased a car and I'd never purchased a brand new one. My sales experience with this dealer was great and felt very straightforward. I did come in to the dealership with my own financing as I'd already arranged that with them ahead of time. I never felt pressured to use their in-house financing, so really we just had to haggle on the car price. This wasn't too difficult. Since I purchased a new Prius Prime Advanced; I made sure to purchase 6 years of warranty coverage with the vehicle. Each service visit has been communicated to me via email well ahead of time and I'm always amazed at how quickly they turn around service jobs. I've never had a problem with any of the services they've performed. I ran over a nail last Thanksgiving week and they fixed this THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING without an appointment and within a very short window. These guys are the best. Even if I didn't have a warranty, I'd still use them as I know I can trust them and they are so damned fast. Their in-house restaurant is also so good that locals order from them via Uber Eats all the time. More

Magnificent Dealer that provide excellent customer service I'm shopping for new car in Washington State and I've visited 3 other dealership in Tacoma area but they wouldn't work with me on my price and in top I'm shopping for new car in Washington State and I've visited 3 other dealership in Tacoma area but they wouldn't work with me on my price and in top of it they keep adding more. But the Olympia Toyota dealership, not only that they give me a best price online but they even add an additional discount on my purchase to include extended warranty. from the time I park my car I was greed with a smile and made me feel welcome and appreciate. the dealer never push me to buy, and worked with my budgets that suit my need. including the sale general manager has help me to lower the price to were I would feel comfortable. Yesterday my rear sliding glass window shattered on I-5 spontaneously (most likely a manufacturer defect, but who can tell). It was very puzzling, and I guess it is an uncommon occurrence, but it happened right as I was going down the Interstate and took me by surprise. I took it to Toyota of Olympia and they managed to get it jobbed in, get me a rental, and get me back on the road within 24-hours (all this without an appointment, either). Best of all, they didn't charge me for the repair nor the rental, and this little episode could have set me back $500 easily. So thanks to the service team who took care of me in my time of need! You guys are great Americans and I truly appreciate the five-star quality service you offered me! More
