Absolutely horrible experience at the service department today. I called at 9:00 AM to ask how much an oil change would be. The person on the phone asked for the year and model — I told them it was a 2007 T today. I called at 9:00 AM to ask how much an oil change would be. The person on the phone asked for the year and model — I told them it was a 2007 Toyota Avalon. I was told it would be $40 plus tax. I said great and drove over right after. When I got there, the service advisor suddenly tells me it’s $80 plus tax. I explained I had just called and was told $40. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he laughed in my face and spoke to me in a condescending tone. I forgot his name, but he’s a skinny, dark-skinned man who sits at the second desk from the right. I asked to speak with a manager, and he brought over a short, heavy-set, dark-skinned man who clearly lacked any sort of customer service skills. He didn’t even act like a manager. No apology. No effort to make things right. Just attitude. He tells me the person who gave me the quote is part of their “offsite team” and doesn’t know the real pricing — then finishes by saying, “If you don’t want to pay, you can leave.” Not once was I rude, but both the advisor and manager treated me with total disrespect. This was disgraceful service, and it shows this place has no interest in honesty or professionalism. Lost a customer for life. I’ll never be back — and I’ll make sure others know to stay away too More
The Service Department was easy to contact, make an appointment, and the service was fast, excellent, and a good experience. They even added bonuses to my Multipoint Inspection!
