They do not inspect there used vehicles we were sold a 2022 Tesla plaid. We had it shipped we live in Arizona received. It drove it one day threw a code told to take it to the Tesla repair center to find 2022 Tesla plaid. We had it shipped we live in Arizona received. It drove it one day threw a code told to take it to the Tesla repair center to find out that the undercarriage was missing. There was a hole in the radiator, and the wheel well was missing. We did not receive the plates the tags to the vehicle, nor the registration, but they sure received our money and cashed our checks. Very disappointing. Customer service was awful. When not answer us asked to pay for the repairs and was told that's not going to happen.. The salesman would not answer us ignored our calls from My Son's phone, and then pretended that he didn't know who we were. Spoke to the general manager he had no idea there was a radiator in the Tesla, which tells you they didn't even check the car to send the pictures from the Tesla service center. We did to be told That they are not responsible. Please be aware they are not reputable company, nor do they good business. More

Agancy never disclosed the fact the the tires are completely worn out and it's dangerous to drive it not the fact that car only had one set of keys. When we tried reaching out after. even when we asked only for one out of the 2 that's when they stopped answering. They saved 300-400 on a 40k sale but lost clients for life. Definitely better options out with agencies that actually see the bigger picture. More

After the purchase rep took car to "prepper the car " and seems like car came with worn down tires after it that i realized only after purchase. it really didn't seem like the original tiers i have checked first time. he said didnt switch and cant to nothing about these hazard tires. When i came home fund out that service provider also didn't include second key set. when i reached out i got no answer besides "let me try connecting the previous owner" . and later on "sorry we cant do anything" Both things should have been disclosed before purchase. also rep was telling that it cost them more to make these keys what doesn't make sense and just sounds bad when i texted the rep with : "Every car i bought came with 2 keys, U had to disclose if that was the situation I was also surprised with completely worn down tires, none like other used cars u had bought before. That's really how u guys do, business? Surprise clients that didn't check with these added costs. You guys can duplicate a key for nothing major." asking for a manager call to settle that then its when stopped responding. More
