We worked with Michael Diaz throughout the process, and he was friendly, courteous, and seemed really interested in getting us the car we wanted - not just selling what was on hand. Harry and Fouad were great at explaining the financing options, and the paperwork process with Mark was quick and efficient. We will definitely be going back when we're ready to trade-in or buy another vehicle, and we'll definitely recommend TNM to anyone looking for a Toyota or Scion. More
