It is well known that in the search for the perfect car, o My experience with this dealer was definitely the worst ever experienced when buying a car. It is well known that in the search for the perfect car, one undergoes a great deal of stress due to choosing the correct type that matches with the price. The key to success throughout this adventure is for the buyer to find a dealer that is trustworthy, patient and friendly in order to make the search better. When I went to Toyota of North Miami seeking the help of professionals to buy a car, they lied, disrespected me and stressed me in such a way that I decided to write this review and recommend to everyone to look for alternatives when buying a car. When I found a special price online I decided to go to the dealership immediately in order to purchase the car that I wanted. As soon as I arrived with the special price found online, the salesman made a face of disgust and began telling my husband and I that the price shown did not have included other fees. Since we were already there, and had driven a long way, we decided to go on with the purchase. When the time came to sit with the financial specialist, nothing was explained regarding the contract, we were asked to sign the documents that after hours of debate and negotiation, we decided to finally sign in order to finally go home. When giving the down payment for the car, my card was charged twice the amount without any explanation or authorization on my part. When a home, we reviewed the contract, we saw that the finance rate was totally wrong and had nothing to do with what we had agreed on. The next day I went to the dealer, I let them know that this problem had occurred; no one however was allowed to help me except a specific financial specialist who at the time was not present and for whom I had to wait for a period of four hours. When I let them know that I was wrongly charged twice, Kori, the dealer manager told us that they had noticed the transaction was charged twice, but that they had instantly issued a refund into my account. I have not yet received this refund, I have asked the dealership to please give me a receipt for this transaction and they seem to have none available. All they state is that the refund, due to holidays that passed is still processing and can take up to 10 days. Please be advised that the dealer did change the finance rate, however I had to go through a lot in order to be attended in a courteous and professional matter. Please try to find a dealership that respects and treats you with professionalism instead of choosing this dealer that cares very little about their customer’s satisfaction and cares of nothing more than to rob their customers. I did not have an appointment but that Thanks to Robertho's kindness I left pleased instead of PISSED! I got their at 7:00 am to have my car serviced. I did not have an appointment but that's why I got there early. A gentleman did the startup info and asked if someone had helped me before, I said yes Robertho. I didn't realized that I had to sit and wait 2 hrs before anything was done to my car. When Robertho arrived I was PISSED. He did the paper work and had my car done in 45 min. Thanks to him I was able make my next appointment. Thanks again to Robertho!!! He made my day!!! I really appreciate him. More

On site, Michael made the selection process a breeze. No matter where the vehicles were, Michael made them available for a test drive. Once a selection was made, Michael displayed all the numbers and made sure everything was understood. Michael was clear, he demonstrated patience, and he was professional when a private moment was needed. The entire team was supportive and VERY accommodating. This is where you want to get your car! I contact this dealer for a used Camry hybrid...At first we were skeptical because there were a lot of type o's in the advertisement of the used vehicle we were interested in IE: Mileage and trim but we had the pleasure to work with Frantzy Dabel..Frantzy admitted there were type o's and helped us to find several different options/vehicles to pick from. Frantzy went the extra mile calling , emailing, etc. to get us in to he right vehicle. Although we didn't get exactly what we wanted for our trade-in Frantzy and his Manager helped us with other things to get us in the price range we needed to be at to purchase. There was no bullying, or ultimatum techniques used, (I have seen it all throughout the years) , there was just plain ole good customer service. I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime so far and have to admit Frantzy was one of the most easiest and pleasant sales men I have ever dealt with.
