Slow, poor service scheduling After having made an appointment, I had to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change. When I arrived I was told it would take 1.5 hours. When I asked why so After having made an appointment, I had to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change. When I arrived I was told it would take 1.5 hours. When I asked why so long, I was told that others were also scheduled and were ahead of me. After 2 hours I was now late for an appointment, and I had to pester the service adviser to expedite the service, which was finally completed after another half hour. You get the impression that the customer comes last at this dealership. I will not return. More

Too long for my first oil change experience I was there on Jan 19 2015 for my first oil change of my Corolla 2014..Service manager was friendly but staff was Not..I arrived the first at 0630 am I was there on Jan 19 2015 for my first oil change of my Corolla 2014..Service manager was friendly but staff was Not..I arrived the first at 0630 am and wait until 0700 am of course..Staff asked me for my papers NO good morning or hello..As a mater of fact they greet the person who arrived at 0715 after me ...Finally at about 0930 am this person told me my car was ready but the staff who supoused to hand me the car with my keys refused to give me the keys because numbers didnt match on the papers..Manager had to go back and told to them and told them everything was OK. I dont understand why took that long for a rotation and an oil change when I was the first in line.It took also that long on Jul 25 2014 for my first 5000 miles rotation...Still is free in the toyota plan so I cant complaint but I will recommend to speed up the process when U see people eating breakfast in the cafeteria and some work waiting..!! More

I went there expecting to haggle and wheel and deal, but instead my salesperson Abner Elidor made the whole thing a learning experience. I thought my credit was bad and I was going to leave with a huge monthly payment. Instead ended up getting a great lease at very affordable monthly payments. I have bought 3 cars in my lifetime thus far and he took the time to explain the differences between buying and leasing. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and Abner made the experience of buying a car fun. More
