After narrowing down my vehicle choices I visited every dealership in the Miami area. Everyone I worked with here was great, from the sales staff, management all the way to service and though financing. Everyone went out of their way to help with my questions and concerns. My salesman Victor Garcia was extremely helpful! Not pushy, very knowledgeable and professional. Quite a difference from other dealers in the area. There was plenty of inventory at this dealership and many different options. The dealership is new, comfortable but overall the staff at North Miami Toyota made the biggest difference to me. From the time I walked in the door to when I left with keys in my hand I felt appreciated. Highly recommend stoping in if your looking for a new vehicle. More

However stay away from the manager Kory not honest and unpleasant, another manager who's named I can't remember also tried the same tricks. Had it not been for Karl I would have walked out of the dealership and never returned. Karl saved the day and I ended up with a good deal. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of Karl the managers cost the loss of one star. I recommend the dealership only if you deal with Karl Khalil. Frantzy Dabel assisted Karl and I found him to be both helpful and courteous. More

Worst experience EVER Initially I had to wait 8 hours while they attempt to find a bank to finance me, they could not within that time frame. Two weeks later I received a text from the supervisor Eddie Flores telling me he's going to report the car stolen if I did not bring the car back. 1 week after returning the car I still haven't received my refund. I went to another dealership, purchased the same car 1 year newer, $4,500 cheaper and got financed within an hour. More

Jaime was so attentive and straight to the point. He was able to get me a great deal on a Scion TC that I immediately fell in love with the moment I sat inside of it. The paperwork process took about 2 hours, which I feel is standard. But Jaime made sure i left with all my paperwork, a clean gassed up new car and a smile!
