Thank you Hector! I came to this dealership to check out some options and Hector Soto was the guy helping me. He was great at identifying my needs and wants in a new ve I came to this dealership to check out some options and Hector Soto was the guy helping me. He was great at identifying my needs and wants in a new vehicle. But once the other managers got involved (one of whom is named Tony?) I got overwhelmed and needed to walk away. Well the managers got an attitude and really turned up the pressure by trying to belittle me. Hector was the one who was tried to be understanding. His thoughtfulness is the only reason I came back to this dealership a week later (with my dad as back up to deal with the managers), and I drove away with my Corolla! If it wasn't for him, I probably would have walked away with something I couldn't afford and didn't want. Thanks Hector! More
