I attached my letter of complaint to Mr Friedman and he answered that the service director was looking into the matter but there was no answer from any representative of Toyota and my complaint was not satisfied. I hoped that Toyota Customer Experience Center would deal with that matter promptly so I wrote an email and phoned them. But no results. My first contact with them was Kory Kearney, Internet Sales Manager who gave me honest, knowledgeable answers and did not try to pressure me or bad mouth other types of cars I was considering. I planned on going in to meet with Kory to purchase a new car, but when my schedule changed and Kory would not be available he recommended Juan Ogando. Juan continued the great experience I had with Toyota of North Miami by answering all my questions and explaining the differences between models. He helped me choose which car to buy and I drove my new car home that afternoon. I recommend Juan Ogando to anyone wanting a new car, he is professional, knowledgeable, and honest and I will definitely refer my friends and family to go see him for all their car purchases!!!!!
