Great customer service thanks to Eric Simon I walked in a few weeks ago and I was approached by salesman Eric Simon, I asked him a few questions about a few models for different vehicles that he I walked in a few weeks ago and I was approached by salesman Eric Simon, I asked him a few questions about a few models for different vehicles that he currently had available in stock. His first question to me was car truck or SUV. I told him please show me the base model for a Toyota Tundra and a basic model for a Toyota Camry SE. He took his time with me explaining to me details about both cars and asking what do I really look for in a car is it Comfort or Power, to that I answered both. Knowing the knowledge of both vehicles I decided to test drive both cars and finally came to a conclusion I told him I would like the Toyota Tundra. All in all I had a great experience with Eric Simon and I would definitely refer Toyota of North Miami to any friends or relatives and refer they go see Eric Simon. More
