Careless mechanics I purchased my Toyota from this dealership. On my 4th oil change, careless service technitians did not put the right amount of oil, actually 2 1/2 qua I purchased my Toyota from this dealership. On my 4th oil change, careless service technitians did not put the right amount of oil, actually 2 1/2 quarters less of oil, forcing me to come back the next wth vehicle failure. They performed a new oil change and the manager gave no importance to huge mistake they had done. How can you trust them now ? More

He’s a liar He sold me a car and lied about the car price. He said the car is $9,000 but I found out it cost more. He told me $1,500 down for the car. Then he sai He sold me a car and lied about the car price. He said the car is $9,000 but I found out it cost more. He told me $1,500 down for the car. Then he said $2,500 to be approved. He took the money from my card for the down payment when he said he wouldn’t. Gave me a car the same day without paying the full down payment. I find out they gave me high interest rate for the car. He lied and said I can have the rest of the down payment whenever I have. 2 weeks later, the dealership demanded that I pay rest of the down payment when I showed them how much I make. He made it seem like he was helping but he tricked me. He lied so he can make a quick sale. More

One of the best I do not like writing review, but this morning I feel like writing one for people out There who are wondering whether they should buy a car from Toyot I do not like writing review, but this morning I feel like writing one for people out There who are wondering whether they should buy a car from Toyota North Miami or not. Listen! my family got 3 cars so far from this company (Toyota North Miami). One toyota Corolla 2006, one 2017 and one toyota yaris 2012. So far I can say we are satisfied with our purchase. We Love toyota. Not only because they are cheap and durable, but also save a lot of money from Gas. I have also a lot of compliments with my 2017 toyota Corolla. I also have a friend who had a toyota Corolla for almost 10years. My next Car will be Toyota RAV4 I would love to Thank ADLER for his great customer service because we got our 3 cars from Him. Not only has a dealer, but also as an advisor because whenever I have a question about my car I always go to him. We also recommended a friend to him not long ago and we will keep doing it because we like what is best for others... Keep it up Adler. Do not change for people to LIKE you, but stay the way you are with such great customer service and the RIGHT people will LOVE you.
