I had only come in for regular maintenance for my 2014 RAV4, which had 6 months remaining on the lease. Darryl explained in detail how now was the best time for me to take action. With Matt Hunt explaining upgraded security features on the 2017, how could I not make a purchase now? Then Marcus Purdy, patiently went over all the financing, making sure that I understood everything that I was signing. All were very professional, friendly. So now, this is my second purchase with Toyota of North Charlotte and I highly recommend them - so professional and pleasant to work with - and great deals!. More

Excellent service! Bret Rise is a joy to work with when bringing my car in for a service checkup! He is professional and always has a smile on his face! Bret clearly explained what other service was due and asked me if I wanted a complimentary car wash after the job was complete. Even without having an appointment my truck was ready in less than 2 hours. It puts my mind at ease knowing that Bret Rise is looking after me and my Tundra. Everyone at Toyota of North Charlotte has been a pleasure to deal from the original buying process on.. More
"Outstanding visit" I came to Toyota of North Charlotte because of Bret Wise. He was my service advisor for several years at another dealer. When he left, I being to ask I came to Toyota of North Charlotte because of Bret Wise. He was my service advisor for several years at another dealer. When he left, I being to ask around and finally found he was at North Charlotte location. So I drive 20 miles out of my way to have my cars service, because Bret has a wonderful personality, very courtesy, polite and trustworthy. Bret is the best service advisor I have ever worked with at any dealership over the last 60 years. That being said, I was also really impressed with Toyota of North Charlotte dealership. It was very modern, clean and a delightful place to have your car serviced. I have found a new home to have my cars serviced. More
Regular maintenance I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Russell Martin was my first point of contact in the service department. I did not have an appointment and he told me my services would be done in about an hour. I received a phone call while I was waiting and I had a family emergency that required me to leave immediately. I went to Russell and he immediately went to get my car and told me that all the services were not complete yet but not to worry about anything and come back after my family emergency was handled. I went back the next day and he advised me of some work that needed to be done if I planned on keeping the car for much longer. Russell was very knowledgeable about the services that were needed to fix the car. I could not ask for better service at a dealership especially the day before with my family emergency.
