Great Experience I usually never really have a problem with Toyota of North Charlotte. If I did, I wouldnt have leased a car there but I have seen great improvements in the service over the years and all I can say is that it was great and Connor Mccollough, at my most recent experience, did an excellent job. I actually hate doing the whole service thing. The wait and boredom for me can be tasking but I had no issues and Connor made me feel that my car was in good hands. SOOO two thumbs up and cant wait for the next service. More

Outstanding Service I have been a loyal client of the Toyota of North Charlotte Service Center for over a year now. The service I have received during that time has been I have been a loyal client of the Toyota of North Charlotte Service Center for over a year now. The service I have received during that time has been exceptional. Rob Milligan has been my Service Advisor during that time.My most recent experience with Rob went above and beyond his job requirements. I was recently hospitalized after dropping my vehicle off for service. Rob left me a message regarding the status of my vehicle. I returned his call after I was released. He was very understanding regarding my health issues and he offered to have someone pick me up and drive me to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. He even called a couple of days later to check on me. That is outstanding service and he deserves to be recognized for a job well done. I will continue to visit this location because of the service provided by Rob. More

He gave me some basic info and directed me to the Service Manager, Edwin Montalvo. I appreciated that Edwin Montalvo explained what the service would be, the estimated cost, and approximately how long it would take. When the maintenance was complete Edwin went over the completed work with me, explaining what had been done and future recommendations for the next maintenance visit. Rob Milligan made sure that my car that was towed in after I blew out two tires on the way to work got repaired by the time the Service Center closed Rob Milligan made sure that my car that was towed in after I blew out two tires on the way to work got repaired by the time the Service Center closed that night (within two hours). I was able to pick up my car on Christmas Eve morning. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. More
