John Ricardo was extremely helpful providing me with the various options and costs associated with installing the cover. With John's help, I set up an appointment. When I arrived, John met me before I even had time to even get out of the truck. He had earlier told me it would take between 1.5 and 2 hours for the work. I was in the service area for just over 1.5 hours. John took time (in the sleet and snow) to show me how the cover was secured to the truck and how I can use the folding cover. The bed cover looks/fits great. John and Toyota of North Charlotte met and exceeded my expectations for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Definitely a first class operation. More
Terrible coordination I brought my 4Runner in for a simple serpentine belt change and to change out a faulty one yr old battery. The service took about 1.5 hours in total with an appointment. When I went outside I looked to see what the new belt looked like, but I really could not see a difference. As it turns out, they never even changed the belt, but they did charge me for it!!!!! $128.00 and they never even did the work!!! I was just about to call the better business bureau when I had a chance to look a couple days later... when the dealership actually called me and admitted their mistake (two days later). At least they had integrity I suppose. And they did offer to give me a free oil change. . But, when I brought the car in to have the belt put on (second attempt) they installed it incorrectly and it squealed horribly. I brought it back several days later and they determined that the mechanic had indeed installed the belt incorrectly by having it not lined up correctly with the grooves in the pullies (it was off by one groove). It was a simple fix, but seriously... Three attempts to change a belt??? I can honestly say that these guys are utterly incompetent and I can't even imagine allowing them to tune my kid's skateboard let alone my vehicle. Run! Find another mechanic! More
Every time I have come for servicing, there have been suggestions to replace parts. Its like milking money every time with different things. I am not an expert and hence gave them the benefit of doubt un suggestions to replace parts. Its like milking money every time with different things. I am not an expert and hence gave them the benefit of doubt until last time when the rep mentioned all tires are worn out and they should be replaced. This time I was sure they are simply trying to make money since I had changed 2 tires recently. Upon further research, the service rep found out that I indeed had replaced 2 tires. I don't have any more faith in this service center and will not be visiting again. More

Eric Olsen is the friendliest service advisor that you have working for you! He’s very nice and respectful. Eric is easy to talk to and you can easily understand him. I needed oil change, new tires and brakes after 6pm and had told them I'd be willing to leave car there for a day or two to give them enough time.
