I had a mid-afternoon Saturday appointment for 4:15. Arrived a little early but was promptly taken in and the service was completed in about 30-45 minutes. More

I have had my Toyota Tundra in for routinue maintanance and detailing multiple times over the past 6 months. Will has taken great care of all of my car care requests. Will goes above and beyond what I have experienced at other dealerships to ensure that the vehicle is taken care of and I am satisfied with the overall service. He knows I have a busy work schedule and cannot afford to spend time waiting around the service area for help. He is proactive and fixed a recall for me without me even asking. He presents the facts and gives recommendations for services that are needed instead of trying to push and press me into unncessary services. I appreciate all that he has done for me and will continue to have my truck serviced at his location. Thank you, SB More

A service writer started to write me up and Eric Olsen whom I've worked with many times came out and took over. He told me how long it would take and I got some coffee ( which is very good by the way) to wait. Later Eric came out and said the hybrid man was tied up and it would be a little longer. He offered to run me to some where to get a bite to eat. I declined and walked up to Hardee's. Later Eric explained that the problem was my hybrid battery and what the cost would be to replace. Since it was over $3,000 I told him I would think about it and let him know. He explained how the car would react as the battery went to the 'Happy Hunting Grounds" I asked if someone could look at my car and give me a price on a trade.. Eric took care of that right away. I actually got the battery replaced elsewhere for $2,000 but that was no fault of Eric. He is an outstanding employee and you are lucky to have him. I would liked to have had a plant full of Erics when i was in the manufacturing business. More

I had a couple of challenges with my newer truck and Edwin and Hey Paul, I just wanted to tell you what a pleasure it is to work with Edwin Montalvo. I had a couple of challenges with my newer truck and Edwin and the Service Tech went well out of their way to get it right. as you know, I have a landcuiser with 386k miles and now have 108k on this newer one.
