Scheduled Service experience with Edwin Montalvo It is extremely convenient to be able to schedule service appointments at this dealership. There is a comfortable waiting area while the work is done, It is extremely convenient to be able to schedule service appointments at this dealership. There is a comfortable waiting area while the work is done, and the area has even been improved with a snack bar. There are nice barriers between work table areas and the TV set, so time waiting can be productive with a laptop. Ordinarily the service is prompt and uneventful, and the car has been problem free for 10 years. This time I needed some more extensive maintenance, and I got good and balanced counsel from Mr. Montalvo: he weighed the pros and cons of having the work done in a balanced way. When it became clear that my appointment would take longer than originally scheduled, Mr. Montalvo offered me a shuttle so that I could have a productive day. The service was prompt, courteous, and well coordinated from checkin to payment. More
