I intentionally travel outside Charlotte to get my vehicle serviced here because of the difficulty and cost I encountered with the Toyota dealerships in Charlotte, as they would always find something more costly wrong with my vehicle than what it was brought in for service. It is important to gain the trust of your customer and Toyota of North Charlotte and Will Gaddy have done just that. More

I came for my regular oil change and they got right on it. . Because I was surprise. They also did an oil consumption test, which I didn't,t know about. I,ll be comming back to see how this is going. I'll get my Toyota serviced elsewhere Lou This is one of the worst Toyota service departments I’ve been to. So bad in fact that I’ll start driving further to go to another dealer. Service Adviser Lou Simmet embodies the qualities that make so many people reluctant to go to a dealer service department: he’s rude, smug, and does everything he can to inflate a bill regardless of whether or not a car needs the procedure he’s pushing. He uses strong arm tactics to try to separate the customer from their money. Consequently I’ve learned to avoid him, and therefore Toyota of North Charlotte, since he is their Service Manager. More

Excellent Service! Took my 2013 RAV4 in for 25,000 mile service. Russell Martin met me as I pulled in, got me signed in and prepared me for an hour long wait.
